Education

Responsibilities & Context
- Talking over phone with prospective customers to expand the market .
- Making reservations, selling tickets, providing customer service, calculate ticket costs and plan routes.
- Help customers with travel arrangements .
- Growing the Market size and maximizing business revenue.
- Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, and reservation in GDS etc.
- Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
- Answer questions, resolve issue and offer travel advice promptly.
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email or online channels.
